All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, service charges, and delivery fees (if applicable).
Promotional discounts, offers, and coupons must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
A gratuity or service charge may be automatically included for large party reservations or catered events.
We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or payment complications.
- Refunds & Returns
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your food.
Refunds or replacements are issued at the discretion of management and apply only in cases of incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory orders.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after placing an order.
Orders that were not picked up on time.
Food that has been improperly stored or consumed after the recommended time.
If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Customers may be required to return the incorrect or defective item for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.
