Estimated delivery times are subject to variation depending on location and order volume. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delays may occasionally occur.
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate delivery addresses. Inaccurate information may lead to delays or potential order cancellations.
Once an order has been placed, cancellations or modifications may no longer be feasible.
Takeout orders should be collected within the specified timeframe to maintain food quality.
To ensure food safety, please consume your order promptly and adhere to the recommended storage guidelines to prevent contamination. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of the food after extended periods of storage.
1.1. Storage Guidelines
Hot Foods: Should be consumed immediately. If not eaten right away, maintain a temperature above 140°F (60°C) or refrigerate within two hours.
Cold Foods: Must be kept at or below 40°F (4°C) and should be consumed as soon as possible.
Leftovers: Should be refrigerated within two hours of receipt. If the ambient temperature exceeds 90°F (32°C), refrigerate within one hour.
Reheating: Ensure that reheated food reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
Perishables: Avoid consuming perishable items that have been left at room temperature for more than two hours (or one hour if the temperature exceeds 90°F/32°C).
Discard Any Food: Dispose of any items that exhibit unusual smells, tastes, or appearances.
